Fred Butler
I worked for prop and accessory designer Fred Butler this summer helping her with all sorts of things. At the moment there is an interview of her about her style, on the Dazed and Confused's website. She always wears super colourful clothes and preferably sticks to one colour as you can see from the photos above. Ive deffinitly never met anyone like her!!
One of the most memorable projects I helped her with was when we made a crown for the drummer of the islandic band Sigur Ros. The photo below is of him wearing it at their London gig. It had taken us so long to make it, so it was deffinitly very satisfying when he finally wore it :-)
Tomorrow is the launch day of her new collection, which I really cant wait to see, as I was helping her when she was still just playing with different ideas. You should chech out her website to see her previous collection and her editorial work:-)
